Cheese experience

The cheese experience is a real dairy experience that will allow you to live a day alongside a local shepherd who produces cheese as it was once done in the hinterland of Sicily. We will visit the "Màrcato , old haystack exclusively madonita, in which inside we will live a real immersive experience that will allow us to know the daily life of a pastor, from the cooking of the milk to the processing into different types of cheeses characterized by differences in maturation. We will learn how to handle the "pasta filata", all the processes of cheese making will not be missed, in addition, the tastings of the cheeses produced during the day and much, much more!!
