Cancellation Policies

Our cancellation policy stipulates that, in the event of a tour cancellation, refunds will be made as follows:

If the cancellation occurs 24 hours before the tour, a 30% refund will be issued; if it occurs one week before the tour, a 50% refund will be issued; if the cancellation occurs two weeks before the tour, an 80% refund will be issued.

If weather conditions are unsuitable for the tour, a 50% refund or a rescheduling of the tour is possible based on the client's needs.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made on the same day as the tour.

Oversized luggage is permitted.

DUE TO THEIR WELFARE, THE TRANSPORTATION OF DOGS AND CATS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
