Cancellation
Policies
Our
cancellation policy stipulates that, in the event of a tour cancellation,
refunds will be made as follows:
If the
cancellation occurs 24 hours before the tour, a 30% refund will be issued; if
it occurs one week before the tour, a 50% refund will be issued; if the
cancellation occurs two weeks before the tour, an 80% refund will be issued.
If weather
conditions are unsuitable for the tour, a 50% refund or a rescheduling of the
tour date is possible, depending on the client's needs.
Refunds will
not be issued for cancellations made on the same day as the tour.

You may
bring a backpack with the bare essentials.
