A cooking class to discover typical and iconic Ligurian dishes, such as pesto, focaccia, and fresh pasta. Equipped with all the necessary tools and under the guidance of an expert, you'll test your skills as a master chef and conclude the experience with

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off

Our culinary experience allows you to transform yourself into a Ligurian chef, preparing Genoa's unique and iconic condiment: pesto! You'll be provided with a traditional mortar and all the ingredients needed to make this green delight. Guided by an expert, you'll learn all the tricks and steps needed to transform basil into a sauce with an unmistakable flavor. The cooking class will conclude with a tasting of the preparation and a gift to take home. This same location, in addition to the pesto lesson, also allows you to test your kneading skills, with specialized lessons on Ligurian focaccia and Ligurian pasta shapes, such as gnocchi and corzetti. The cooking classes can be combined with a traditional lunch.

All reservation cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.

No penalties apply for cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date.

Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the booked event incur a penalty of 50% of the

paid amount, while cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a penalty of

100%.
