The flight is subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather or unfavorable conditions, the flight may be postponed, and a new date will be agreed upon together.

Our cancellation policy stipulates that, in the event of a tour cancellation, refunds will be made as follows:
If the cancellation occurs 24 hours before the tour, a 30% refund will be issued; if it occurs one week before the tour, a 50% refund will be issued; and if the cancellation occurs two weeks before the tour, an 80% refund will be issued.
If weather conditions are unsuitable for the tour, a 50% refund or a rescheduled tour date is available, depending on the customer's needs.
Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on the same day as the tour.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the tour. Upon departure, you will be asked to present identification to verify your age. If you are unable to provide the required documentation, you will not be able to participate in the tour and no refund will be issued.
LUGGAGE
You may bring a backpack with the bare essentials (documents).
On the paraglider, you may carry a fanny pack or small shoulder bag with the bare essentials.
TRANSPORTATION OF DOGS, CATS, AND OTHER ANIMALS, AS WELL AS UNDERAGED PERSONS, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ORDER TO PROTECT THEIR WELL-BEING. PLEASE NOTE THAT LARGE BAGS OR LUGGAGE CONTAINING VALUABLES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
