Our cancellation policy stipulates that, in the event of cancellation, refunds will be made as follows:
If the cancellation occurs 24 hours before the booking, a 30% refund will be issued; if it occurs one week before, a 50% refund will be issued; if the cancellation occurs two weeks before, an 80% refund will be issued.
If weather conditions are unsuitable, a 50% refund or a rescheduling of the tour date is possible, depending on the customer's needs.
Refunds will not be available for cancellations made on the same day as the booking.
