Our qualified English-speaking driver will take you comfortably in an air-conditioned van, departing directly from your hotel in Florence, to the exclusive location where this fresh pasta cooking class will take place. You won't be in the anonymous kitchen of a restaurant; instead, you'll be welcomed by the owner into her functional and welcoming home kitchen, where you'll immediately experience an authentic, local atmosphere. The cooking class includes making two different types of dough, one with and one without eggs, along with a selection of accompanying sauces. Depending on the time of day (morning or afternoon), we'll organize a lunch or dinner afterwards, where you'll enjoy the prepared delicacies, accompanied by fine local wine and a dessert prepared by the hostess. At the end of the class, you'll receive an apron and a handout containing the precious recipes you've prepared, which will serve as a lasting memento of the experience.
