In the early 1920s, on Via Tornabuoni, driven by an imaginative gastronomic pleasure, Count Camillo Negroni added a little gin to the Americano he drank daily with his friends, thus unwittingly sparking the invention of the Negroni and its spread throughout the elegant world of the time. With this tour, inside one of Florence's Historic Literary Cafés, you will embark on a journey to discover this quintessentially Florentine cocktail and its main variations, paired with dedicated food tastings. An expert bartender will guide you through its history, variations, and the secrets behind its preparation. At the end of this experience, you will also receive a pleasant surprise.
