During the guided visit you will step into the heart of milk processing and observe – and at times even take part in – the main stages of the process: from breaking the curd to shaping Primo Sale, and preparing ricotta, which you will have the chance to taste freshly made and still warm.
The tour continues with a visit to the aging room, where you will discover how cheeses mature and develop their unique aromas and flavors. The experience concludes with a tasting of Sicilian cured meats and cheeses produced on the farm, accompanied by local wine, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors and traditions of the region.
