The Manna Experience is an immersive journey into one of the rarest and most fascinating products of Sicilian tradition: manna, also known as the “sweet gold” of the Madonie. It is a precious natural sap that flows from the bark of the ash tree through carefully made incisions, following an ancient technique passed down from generation to generation.During the experience, visitors will have the opportunity to closely observe the ash trees and witness the harvesting process, while listening to local producers who preserve this unique knowledge. Guests will discover the historical origins of manna, its past economic and cultural significance, and its traditional uses in food and herbal remedies.

Upon request, a transfer service from Cefalù or Palermo is available, making the experience even more convenient and worry-free.
