Cancellation Policies
Our cancellation policy stipulates that, in the event of a tour cancellation, refunds will be made as follows:
If the cancellation occurs 24 hours in advance, a 30% refund will be issued; if it occurs one week in advance, a 50% refund will be issued; if the cancellation occurs two weeks in advance, an 80% refund will be issued.
If the weather conditions are unsuitable for renting the Vespa, a 50% refund or rescheduling of the tour dates is available, depending on the customer's needs.
Refunds will not be available for cancellations made on the same day as the booking.
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a Vespa and have experience riding a scooter. Upon departure, you will be asked to present identification to verify your age. If you are unable to provide the required documentation, the rental will not be possible and no refund will be made.
LUGGAGE
You may bring a backpack with the bare essentials (e.g., documents).
To protect their well-being, it is strictly forbidden to carry on board dogs, cats, or other animals, as well as minors. It is also forbidden to carry large bags or luggage containing valuables.
